Running in parallel with the exhibitions at Wild Trumpets, these artist-led sessions welcome children and young people into ticketed, hands-on encounters with contemporary practice.
Each session unfolds in an open, collaborative setting shaped by the artist’s own materials and methods, whether through painting, sculpture, installation, or performance. There are no fixed outcomes or teaching structures; instead, the focus is on shared exploration.
These sessions form a responsive, participatory layer of the gallery’s live programme, inviting younger audiences into direct exchange with working artists, where hierarchies dissolve and making becomes a collective act.
