4 sessions from Tue 7 Apr 2026 [Show]
Across multiple days, children work in a shared studio environment with time to make, unmake, and stay with materials without being guided toward a fixed outcome.
Artists introduce materials and references as starting points rather than templates. Children are encouraged to explore ideas through handling, conversation, and collective making. The focus is on process, attention, and shared studio time.
UNDO LAB is structured but open-ended and suited to children who enjoy working in groups and spending extended time in the studio.
What we’ll work with:
• Collage and reworking
• Poster-making and text
• Flags and banners
• Papier-mâché and sculptural building
• Clay and object-making
Artists and practices we return to at Wild Trumpets are introduced as reference points, not models to copy.
Practical information:
• All materials included
• Please bring:
• a packed lunch
• a water bottle
• clothes that can get messy
Important notes:
• Some works may be unfinished or require later collection
• The focus is on process rather than finished outcomes
• Places are limited and booked in advance
• UNDO LAB can be attended independently of other Wild Trumpets programmes
Ages: 6 to 10. Age 5 considered if your child is confident with drop-off and group settings.
